Planning Your Trip…

We pride ourselves in a highly personalized, tailor-made experience for you as we plan your perfect adventure.  We will start off having you fill out a quick questionnaire to help us better understand your likes/dislikes, and give us a head start on your trip.  Next, we will setup a face-to-face meeting either in person or through FaceTime/Google Hangout so we can meet you, hear your story, and get the adventure started.  From there, we will start planning and keep you as involved as you'd like to be, updating you on the planning as we go.  Finally - You go on your adventure.  You see and fathom.

Prices starting at $200

Our prices change based on the package you choose, how many destinations are involved, and the length of your trip.  For that reason we do not have set prices on our website. Instead, we will customize your quote after we receive your information!

PREMIUM  PACKAGE

Our Premium Package is all of the bells and whistles.  This is for the traveler that doesn't want to think about any of the planning or researching before the trip begins, and while you're on your trip.  Below is a list of what this package includes.

SERVICES

  • Face-to-face meeting (in person,FaceTime, or Google Hangout)

  • Consultation of overall flow, where to go and what to see

  • Information on where you are traveling

  • Itemized Budget

  • Unlimited Travel Advice

  • Pre-programmed Google maps locations on your device

  • Daily itineraries (printed/pdf)

  • Rainy Day itinerary option

  • On-Trip Support (9am-5pm GMT-6)

ADVICE and BOOKING

  • Airfare

  • Hotels or stays at some of our homes!

  • Restaurants (suggestions and reservations)

  • Activities (wineries, tours, hiking, shopping areas, etc.)

  • Internal Transfers (rental cars, trains, boats, domestic flights)

PLUS+  PACKAGE

SERVICES

  • Consultation of overall flow, where to go and what to see

  • Unlimited travel advice

  • Basic Itinerary

  • Pre-programmed Google maps locations on your device

  • Limited on-trip support (9am-5pm GMT-6)
