Two of our favorites: First, the day we hiked in the rainforest, then had massages in a private cabana next to a mountain stream, followed by sunset dinner overlooking the most beautiful view of the Pitons; three different venues that we would not have discovered without See and Fathom!  And second, meeting locals and fellow travelers from the UK in a St Lucian cooking class.  We made friends,  learned so much about the history and economy of the island, AND had a delicious lunch and local rum tasting!
